Description:
Aluminum 5005 is a medium strength aluminum alloy with a small amount of magnesium as its primary alloying element, It has medium strength, good weldability, and good corrosion resistance in marine atmospheres. It’s commonly rolled in coils or sheet for applications like architectural, general metal work materials and others.
5005 coated coils also called 5005 pre-painted coils, which bring bared aluminum colorful appearance and endurance. YXD contribute to supply this material for the applications which face outdoor challenges.
with a chemical pretreatment (cleaning) firstly, rear side coated by adhesive epoxy and priming on front side then topcoat layers with polyester(PE),PVDF or Acrylic. The polyester coatings belong to the highly weather-resistant systems with simultaneously high ductility and flexibility. UV resistance performance of PVDF coating absolutely better, YXD offer Kynar 500 long lasting fluoropolymer-based coating material for Non-Combustible solid panel or skin of aluminum core panel, which thickness usually like 2.0/3.0mm or 0.5/0.7mm and width 1200-1600mm (up to 2650mm).
